Submit your order request with as much detail as possible. I will follow up with any additional questions and provide you with a quote for your request and a link to pay a deposit. Once the deposit has been paid I will work on 2-3 design options for you to choose from based on the details you provided. You can provide any feedback you have at that time. From there, we will finalize a design and I will begin the customization of the bag or shoe. Your customization will be finished in approximately 2-3 weeks unless otherwise communicated.

Yes. I cannot sell bags or shoes, only the customization service. Outside of items that are limited drops, most bags and shoes are available on that specific retailer's website. (Note: Customizations are not reserved for designer items, I accept any bag or shoe type)

Unfortunately, no. I have the same access to Telfar inventory and drops like everyone else. I do not keep any bags as inventory. Under special circumstances, I can help you find somewhere to order the specific bag (Telfar or otherwise) that you’re looking for - often at a resale markup. Once you have the bag we can proceed with customization services.
